What dosage for Nasty Juice concentrates?

The recommended dosage is 10%. In a 50PG/50VG base, this corresponds to 10ml of concentrate to prepare 100ml of finished e-liquid. You can adjust slightly depending on your equipment, your PG/VG ratio and the intensity you are looking for.
