Order Processing Times

Any order placed before 2:00 PM (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) is shipped the same day. After that, it is processed the next business day.
Processing may exceptionally take up to 48 hours during peak periods. In case of prolonged unavailability of a product, our team will contact you by email.
A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Customs fees may apply for countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway). They are the responsibility of the customer.
Receipt and Claims
It is your responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and products upon receipt.
In case of damage or damaged package:
- Make clear reservations on the delivery note
- Confirm them to the carrier by registered letter within 3 days (10 days if the carrier did not allow you to check the package)
- Send us the claim with a copy of the reservation letter and the delivery note
Any late claim or one accompanied only by the mention "subject to unpacking" may not be taken into account.
Unclaimed package: in case of return due to incorrect address or non-collection at a pickup point, return costs (€8) are deducted from the refund. Reshipment remains possible at your expense.
