You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returned products must be:

• Unused and unopened
• Accompanied by all accessories

3. Products Excluded from Return

The following products cannot be returned:

• Hygiene products
• Personalized products

4. Refund

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
