TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Article 1 - Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between:

  • Alliancetech, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is located at 60 avenue François 1er, 75008 Paris
  • And any natural or legal person ("the Customer") making a purchase on the site alliancetech.fr

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Alliancetech reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.

The sale of vaping products is strictly prohibited to minors under 18. By placing an order, the Customer certifies that they are of legal age.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and the order amount, and are indicated before order confirmation.

Alliancetech reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 - Order

The Customer places an order via the site alliancetech.fr. The order is considered final after:

  1. Validation of the cart and delivery method
  2. Acceptance of the T&Cs
  3. Payment of the total amount
  4. Receipt of the order confirmation email

Alliancetech reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspicion of fraud, or product unavailability.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or any other payment method offered on the site. Transactions are secured via SSL protocol.

The order is processed after payment validation.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery times are indicated in our Shipping Policy. Alliancetech undertakes to deliver within a maximum period of 30 days.

In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, Alliancetech cannot be held responsible. The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and make reservations if necessary.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.

The Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email or via the contact form. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused (sealed for e-liquids), within 14 days of notification.

Return costs are borne by the Customer. Reimbursement is made within 14 days of recovery of the products.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, e-liquids whose seal has been opened cannot be returned.

Article 8 - Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a defective product, the Customer must contact customer service as soon as possible. The product will be exchanged or refunded after verification.

Article 9 - Liability

Alliancetech cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products. The use of vaping equipment requires technical knowledge (Ohm's law, use of batteries, coil building).

Article 10 - Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
